Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026
Phoenix Fire IT ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website phoenixfireit.com, provides IT, web design, hosting, and software services, and operates the private PFIT Hub business workspace. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or when an authorized Phoenix Fire IT operator connects a business-owned social-media account to PFIT Hub, how we use that information, and the choices available.
The short version: The public website collects information you choose to send through our contact form and anonymous, aggregate visit statistics. PFIT Hub accesses only business social-media accounts deliberately connected by an authorized operator and uses that access for owner-facing analytics and operator-approved publishing. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you fill out the contact form on our site, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up about the services you asked about.
Analytics data. We use a privacy-focused, self-hosted analytics tool (Umami) to understand how our site is used. It records aggregate, non-identifying information such as page views, referring sites, general geographic region (country/region), browser type, and device category. This analytics tool does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect information that personally identifies you.
Meta and Social-Platform Integrations
PFIT Hub connects to Facebook Pages and associated Instagram professional accounts that are owned or managed by Phoenix Fire IT. This is an internal business integration; PFIT Hub does not offer public Facebook Login and does not ask visitors or customers to connect their personal social-media profiles.
When an authorized operator enables the integration, Meta may provide PFIT Hub with business Page and Instagram account identifiers, account names and usernames, connection and permission status, content and media created for or published by those accounts, provider post identifiers, publishing results, and aggregate Page, post, and account insights such as views, reach, reactions, comments, shares, and follower totals. PFIT Hub currently requests interaction summaries rather than the identities or profile details of individual people who engage with a Page.
PFIT Hub uses this information only to:
- show the authorized operator an internal performance dashboard for the connected business accounts;
- prepare, review, schedule, and publish operator-approved content;
- record publishing status and troubleshoot failed provider submissions; and
- protect the integration, maintain an audit history, and comply with applicable obligations.
Meta access tokens and credentials are kept in protected server-side configuration and are not included in the public website or browser application. Facebook and Instagram separately process information under Meta's Privacy Policy.
Cookies
We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. Our analytics is cookieless by design. Because we do not place non-essential cookies on your device, no cookie consent banner is required to browse our site.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to and follow up on inquiries you submit through the contact form.
- To provide, maintain, and improve our website and services.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use our site.
- To provide authorized business-account analytics and operator-approved social publishing through PFIT Hub.
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable.
How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information or Meta Platform Data. We may share information only where necessary to operate our business — for example, with service providers that help us host our website or deliver email — and only to the extent needed to perform those functions. Social content and publishing instructions are sent to Meta only when needed to operate the connected Facebook or Instagram account. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Loading our website may involve third-party providers that deliver fonts and icons (such as Google Fonts and Cloudflare). When your browser requests these assets, those providers may receive your IP address as part of the standard web request. We do not control their data practices.
Data Retention
We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to respond to and manage your inquiry, and then for a reasonable period for our records, after which they are deleted. Aggregate website analytics is retained in non-identifying form. PFIT Hub retains connected-account identifiers, aggregate social insights, operator-created content, publishing records, and audit history only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and document the business service or meet legal obligations. Access tokens are replaced, revoked, or removed when the integration is disconnected or credentials are rotated.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live (including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and similar laws), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask how it is used. To make a request, email us at chris@phoenixfireit.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may decline to provide information through the contact form; you can always reach us directly by email instead.
Meta Platform Data Deletion
An authorized representative of a connected business may request removal of Meta-derived account data from PFIT Hub by emailing chris@phoenixfireit.com with the subject Meta Data Deletion Request. Include the connected Facebook Page or Instagram account name and enough information for us to verify authority over that business account. After verification, we will revoke or disconnect the integration as applicable and delete Meta-derived account, analytics, and publishing data that we are not legally required to retain. Posts already published on Facebook or Instagram remain controlled by Meta and may also need to be deleted using the applicable Page or account tools.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. Our site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
